For teams whose work already has a shape — it is just being done by hand. We build, host and maintain n8n workflows, including self-hosted, for data that cannot leave your infrastructure.
Most automation projects fail quietly. The happy path was built, the error path was not, and three weeks later a field changed upstream and the workflow has been silently dropping records ever since. Nobody notices until a customer does.
The difference between a demo workflow and a production one is almost entirely the unglamorous part: retries, error branches, credential rotation, logging, and someone watching. That is the part we build.
n8n can be self-hosted, which matters when data cannot leave your infrastructure, and it handles branching, error paths and custom code that simpler tools cannot. For straightforward two-app connections, Zapier is often the cheaper honest answer.
Yes. LEVRYO works in self-hosted and cloud instances clients already run, including picking up half-finished workflows. We review what exists before changing anything, and say plainly when rebuilding would cost less than repairing.
Self-host when data residency, sector rules or volume make it necessary; use cloud when they do not. Self-hosting trades a monthly fee for server maintenance you now own, so it is a real decision rather than an automatic upgrade.
n8n is software, not a compliance certificate: compliance depends on deployment, where data rests, and what agreements are in place. A self-hosted deployment with the right controls can form part of a compliant workflow. LEVRYO will not claim more than that.
Automations break when the systems underneath them change, which is normal rather than exceptional. On a retainer LEVRYO monitors for those failures and fixes them. After handover, the documentation covers where to look and what to change.
A pilot targets one process properly rather than five badly, because the second workflow is far cheaper once the integrations and credentials from the first are in place. Retainers then work through a standing queue.
Yes, and that is usually the right architecture: n8n handles the orchestration, retries and system connections, while the model handles the judgement. Keeping those two layers separate makes both easier to change later.
We can set up and configure n8n on infrastructure you own, or advise on what to provision. The server stays in your account and under your billing, so your data and your costs remain yours to control.
