How to import a template into n8n

  1. Click Download JSON on the template and save the file.
  2. In n8n, open the workflow list, choose Import from File, and select the JSON.
  3. Open each node that shows a credentials warning and connect the account it names.
  4. Open the Set node (or the Form node) and change field names to match your form or ad form.
  5. Click Execute workflow, submit a test lead, and check every node's output.
  6. Switch the workflow to Active. Triggers and webhooks only receive data once the workflow is active.
