Support Agent — Triages, drafts and resolves inbound support before a human opens it

Most support volume is the same twenty questions with different wording. This agent reads the incoming ticket, looks up what it needs in your systems, and either resolves it or hands a human a draft and the context to finish in seconds.

What it does

How it connects

How we deploy it

  1. Learn your cases — We read a sample of real tickets with you and agree which categories the agent may close alone. (Week 1)
  2. Build and connect — The agent, its lookups, its approval rules and its logging, wired into your helpdesk. (Weeks 2–3)
  3. Shadow then release — It drafts without sending until the accuracy satisfies you, then you widen what it may do alone. (Week 4)

Questions

Will it reply to customers without us seeing it?

Only where you decide it should. Most deployments start in draft-only mode: the agent writes, a human sends. Categories move to fully automatic one at a time, after you have seen the accuracy on real tickets.

What happens to a question it cannot handle?

It escalates to the right person with the ticket summarised and the relevant account detail already attached, which is faster for the human than an untouched ticket would have been.

Can it use our existing help documentation?

Yes. Published help content, internal runbooks and past resolved tickets can all feed the agent's answers, with the source cited in the draft so the human reviewing it can check.

How is this different from the chatbot our helpdesk includes?

A built-in chatbot answers from an article list. An agent reaches into your systems, checks the specific account, takes the action and records it — which is the half of support that actually consumes staff time.
